POLICIES

Thank you for choosing TMFACES, LLC. ! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests are allowed once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Punctuality is essential to ensure the best service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, with the deposit forfeited.

  • A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes.

  • Please take into account that our studio is located in DTLA meaning you may need additional time to find parking.

4. Travel Policy

  • A travel fee applies for services provided outside of my primary service area.

  • Parking fees, if applicable, must be covered by the client.

5. Sanitation and Hygiene

  • I adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including using sanitized tools and fresh products for every client.

  • Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure optimal results.

6. Health and Safety

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if you have any contagious illnesses, open wounds, or skin conditions that could pose a health risk.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies or sensitivities to makeup products before the service begins.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.

  • If the service cannot be completed due to such circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.

8. Refund Policy

  • Services are non-refundable.

9. Photography and Marketing

  • By booking, you consent to photos of your makeup being taken and used for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please inform me in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

10. Special Requests

  • Any specific requests or needs should be communicated during the booking process to ensure proper preparation.
